A summary of new HubSpot features and Beta's open to IDX

Lead Form Routing

Form submissions can now be automatically routed to various contact owners or pages based upon information in the submission. For example, if someone was inquiring about performance marketing, we could round robin send them to a meeting schedule page between John and Michael.

Call Tracking

Track all calls and meetings both from teams and traditional phone through HubSpot. Transcription can then be logged automatically for reference and activity tracking to the contact, company and deal records.

Teams Notifications

Receive notifications if a prospect you are the owner of visits the site, opens an email or takes any other desired action, directly to your teams account to ensure you get instantaneous updates of prospects showing buying signals.

Automated Sequence Enrollment

Setup automated sequence enrollment based off any datapoint or event within the CRM. This will allow contacts to be enrolled in a sequence, from a workflow, and sent on behalf of the contact owner. This saves the manual step of enrolling and finding contacts and lets automation do the heavy lifting. This includes automatic enrollment from Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Call transcription and coaching

With teams and calling integrated, calls can be recorded and analyzed, similar to Gong.IO and logged to the appropriate records. This can then be analyzed by admins of the account to review calls and coach for the future.

Prospecting Agent (AI)

With the prospecting agent, you can enroll contacts to be researched and have the agent execute on an outreach strategy. The prospecting agent researches contacts in your CRM and makes custom outreach strategies. This helps to build a more qualified sales pipeline. You can manually select contacts for enrollment in the agent or set up rulesets to automatically enroll contacts based on set criteria. You can also research target accounts and generate emails based on that research without enrolling the companies in the prospecting agent.

Meeting Notetaker

We have requested to join the beta for the AI notetaker to log all meeting summaries to the appropriate records in HubSpot which can then be used by HubSpot's AI to generate next steps.
