How Do Commissions Work?

For each client we bring onto HubSpot we receive 20% monthly commission for 3 years.

As part of HubSpot's Partnership program, in which IDX is currently a Gold Level Partner, commission is paid to the agency who brings a new subscriber onto HubSpot. Commissions represent 20% of the monthly recurring revenue to HubSpot and is paid out on a quarterly basis for a period of three years.

Additionally, as a partner agency, IDX also has the ability to waive HubSpot's onboarding fee for the client (between $2,500 - $7,000/hub) and can offer the service as our own white label offering, include it as part of our retainer or simply remove it entirely depending on the situation.

Below is an example of how this would work within IDX.

Client A - Marketing Hub Pro & Sales Hub Pro

MRR - $2,000/month = Commission - $400/month

Onboarding Fee (12 hours) (Paid to IDX) - $4,000

Training Hours (5) - $1,000

Retainer - None

Commission (3 Year total) - $14,400

Total Hours Invested - 17 Hours

Total Revenue to IDX - $19,400 ($1,141/hour)
