Getting Access to HubSpot

Who Needs HubSpot Access

HubSpot access is typically required for:

  • Sales representatives

  • Marketing team members

  • Account managers

  • Sales leadership

  • CRM administrators


Requesting Access

To request access:

  1. Submit a request to the IDX CRM administration team at hubspotsupport@idx.inc or submit a ticket here: https://info.idx.inc/internal-hubspot-support.

  2. Include:

    • your role

    • department

    • reason for access


Account Setup

Once access is granted, you will receive:

  • an email invitation

  • instructions to create your password

  • login details


Logging In

Access HubSpot at:

Click on the "sign in with password" option and use your IDX email address and the password you created.


Initial Setup

After logging in:

  1. update your profile picture

  2. set your email signature

  3. connect your calendar

  4. verify your notification preferences

These steps ensure the system tracks your sales activity correctly.
