Integration Sync Errors Between HubSpot and Dynamics

Purpose

Occasionally records may not sync correctly between HubSpot and Dynamics.

This article explains common issues and how to resolve them.


Common Sync Errors

Missing Required Fields

If required fields are missing, the system cannot sync the record.

Examples include:

  • company name

  • email

  • status

  • account information
  • operating segment
  • etc.

Duplicate Records

If duplicates exist in either system, the integration may pause syncing.


Invalid Data Format

Fields such as:

  • dates

  • numbers

  • currencies

must match the expected format.


When to Contact CRM Support

Escalate the issue if:

  • the error persists after more than one hour

  • multiple records are affected

  • data appears inconsistent between systems

Provide:

  • record link

  • error message

  • screenshot if possible
